Who We Are

This website is operated by Arlo Marketing Digital Ltd (“Arlo”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 14994043), based in Exeter. For any privacy questions, email hello@arlomarketing.co.uk.

Information We Collect

When you submit our contact form we collect the details you provide — your name, email address, venue or business name, the service you’re interested in, budget, timescale and your message. If you email, call or message us directly, we’ll hold that correspondence.

We may also collect limited technical data (such as browser type and general usage) through standard security and analytics tools.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to provide and manage our services, and to keep records of our correspondence. We never sell your data, and we only use it for the purpose you contacted us about.

Legal Basis

Under UK GDPR we process your data on the basis of your consent (when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to and managing enquiries about our services.

Third-Party Services

To run this site and handle enquiries we rely on a few trusted providers, each with their own privacy policies: Web3Forms (processes and delivers contact-form submissions), Google reCAPTCHA (protects the form from spam), Cloudinary (hosts and delivers images) and Trustpilot (displays our reviews).

Cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum. Some third-party tools (such as Google reCAPTCHA) may set cookies necessary for their functionality. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data Retention

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to deliver our services or meet legal obligations — after which it is securely deleted.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@arlomarketing.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
